What Deal Desk records about you
For staff who use Deal Desk. The Assessio company that employs you is responsible for this data.
What we keep
- Your name, work email, job title and phone.
- When you sign in, and from which browser. Kept for 13 months.
- What you create, send, approve and change. Kept with the quote it belongs to.
- Changes to your role and access. Kept as the access record.
Why
To control who can see customer deals, and to show who agreed what.
When you leave
Your account is switched off. Two years later your name, email, title and phone are removed.
Your rights
To see, correct or erase what we hold, ask a Deal Desk administrator, who passes it to the data protection officer. You can change your own name yourself.
